Product Description
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The TAE-106 Insulation and Grounding Comprehensive Tester is applied for electrical safety testing of photovoltaic (PV) power plant systems and insulation testing of high-voltage power equipment. The entire unit covers voltage and current testing, continuity grounding testing, polarity testing, Voc (Open-Circuit Voltage), Isc (Short-Circuit Current), insulation testing, insulation fault location, grounding testing, etc.
Test Objects of TAE-106: PV strings, PV cables, combiner boxes, inverters.
PRODUCT FEATURES
● Rapidly detects and verifies insulation resistance (OK | NO) values without the need for test short circuits.
● Automatically identifies the overall insulation compliance of the entire PV array through a single test.
● Instantly tests and verifies (OK | NO); calculates the insulation resistance of cables by computing the dielectric absorption ratio and polarization index, thereby verifying the degradation state of insulators.
● Provides the exact location of individual faults with poor insulation that may occur in the strings of a PV system.
● Instantly detects and verifies (OK | NO) the continuity of protective conductors, with the output test current > 200mA.
● Immediately displays the DC and AC RMS voltages between the positive pole, negative pole, and ground pole.
