PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The TAJ-105 PV Module Damp Freeze Test Chamber is a professional environmental testing equipment developed by Wuhan Aijiang Technology. Compliant with multiple standards including GB/T 2423, IEC 61215, and UL1703, it is suitable for environmental adaptability tests such as high/low temperature constant temperature, high-low temperature cycling, and damp freeze tests of products and components in fields like electrical and electronic, and solar energy. The equipment can accurately simulate a wide temperature range of -50℃~120℃ and a humidity environment of 20% RH~98% RH. Equipped with a current continuity test system, it can detect the reliability and circuit continuity of PV modules under extreme conditions such as damp freeze. It is prohibited for testing and storage of dangerous or special samples such as flammable, corrosive, and biological samples.

PRODUCT FEATURES

●  Wide Temperature and Humidity Coverage: Temperature can be as low as -50℃, heating rate is continuously adjustable from 0～2.5℃/min, and humidity accuracy reaches ±1% RH, meeting strict test requirements such as damp freeze.

●  Stable and Reliable Refrigeration System: Adopts German Bitzer or Bock semi-hermetic compressors, matched with internationally renowned brand refrigeration accessories. Cooled by water cooling, it features high heat exchange efficiency and controllable energy consumption.

●  Durable Chamber Structure: The inner chamber is made of 1.2mm SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer chamber is 1.5mm painted color steel plate. The composite insulation layer is 100mm thick, offering excellent sealing and thermal insulation performance, with a load-bearing capacity ≥1000kg/m².

●  Intelligent and Convenient Control: Equipped with a CHT-2700 controller and a 7-inch color touch screen, supporting 120 programs and 1200 segments. With 4G SD card storage, it enables remote monitoring and automatic recording of data for 720 days.

●  Comprehensive Safety Protection: Features multiple protections including leakage protection, grounding protection, phase sequence protection, over-temperature protection, and compressor overload/overpressure protection. Automatically shuts down and gives an audible and visual alarm in case of faults, while supporting fault self-diagnosis.

●  Collaborative Test Functions: Can work with the current continuity test system to synchronously monitor the current, voltage, and temperature of 12 modules, accurately judging the performance stability of modules under alternating high and low temperature environments.
