PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The 3D Microscope is a testing instrument used for micro-nano level measurement of the surfaces of various precision devices and materials. Based on confocal technology, combined with a precision Z-axis scanning module and 3D modeling algorithms, it performs non-contact scanning of the device surface and constructs a 3D surface image. The system software processes and analyzes the 3D surface image of the device, and obtains 2D and 3D parameters reflecting the surface quality of the device, thereby realizing the optical detection of 3D measurement of the device surface topography.

PRODUCT FEATURES

●  Textured Pyramid Measurement: The equipment supports 2D and 3D structure measurement of pyramid surfaces, height and width measurement of individual pyramids, and pyramid counting function. It can automatically count the number of grains per unit area, mark the grain positions with cross symbols in the view, and generate a distribution map of the number of pyramids of different specifications.

●  Grid Line Height and Width Measurement: The number of section lines in a single field of view can be adjusted to no less than ten. Height and width data are automatically calculated, and the aspect ratio is also computed automatically. It also provides a function for end-users to input the nominal value of the aspect ratio, and can automatically make OK/NG judgments based on the nominal value.

●  Automatic Division of Grid Line Areas: It can automatically outline the edges of grid lines and calculate parameters such as the area and volume of grid lines in the area.

●  Automatic Grid Line Measurement: Equipped with automatic search and measurement function for multiple grid lines. It can generate measurement templates according to substrates of different specifications and complete automatic measurement.

●  True Color Image Function: Can scan true color images of the surface to facilitate pollution differentiation.

●  Groove Measurement Function: For grooves with the same width at the top and bottom, and grooves with a wider top and narrower bottom, it can achieve good 3D contour image reconstruction and accurate depth and width measurement and analysis.

●  Automatic Measurement and Analysis: Batch measurement of multiple groups of grid lines can be completed with one setting. The exclusive positioning and focusing technology ensures the accuracy of test results. No personnel are required during the test, and other operations can be performed during this period. It can also use template files with input design values and tolerances for OK/NG judgment.
