PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The DPQ300 solar cell PL/EL integrated tester is designed for defect detection of perovskite cells.
● PL (Photoluminescence) Testing: Detection and analysis of impurity & defect distribution, process monitoring, and luminescence performance evaluation.
● EL (Electroluminescence) Testing: Inspection of internal cracks, impurities, cell chipping & fragmentation, bubbles, broken grids, and measurement of electrical performance, temperature, and light intensity.
This equipment is mainly suitable for scientific research, pilot production lines, and other related scenarios.
Test Objects: Electrical performance parameter testing, result recording of perovskite cells/modules.
