92% Domestic Self-developed AI Vision Inspection Empowers China’s Perovskite PV for Aerospace & Ground Applications——AiJiang Technology Featured on Wuhan TV’s Industrial High-Quality Development Special Report

Recently, Wuhan Radio and Television Station, together with Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, launched an in-depth feature series showcasing high-quality development of Wuhan’s characteristic industrial clusters. As a specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative (SSDI) enterprise based in Hongshan District, AiJiang Technology was exclusively covered to demonstrate our domestically built AI intelligent inspection solutions for perovskite solar cells.

The feature program visits frontline manufacturers across optoelectronics, intelligent connected vehicles, advanced new materials and intelligent manufacturing sectors, interpreting core growth drivers behind Wuhan’s industrial upgrading.

 

In May 2026, perovskite solar modules were sent to China Space Station aboard Shenzhou-23 spacecraft for the first on-orbit dynamic service test. Regarded as next-generation photovoltaic technology, perovskite cells feature high efficiency, low cost and superior flexibility, poised to unlock a hundred-billion-yuan market in terrestrial PV and mobile power supply for EVs.

Ultra-precise inspection has long been a bottleneck hindering large-scale commercialization of perovskite components. With nearly a decade of expertise in optoelectronic testing, AiJiang Technology developed Xinghan AI Vertical Domain Large Model to resolve critical industry pain points.

Upgraded to Xinghan AI 2.0, the platform achieves a 92% full-stack domestic localization rate. Built on standardized datasets covering 25 types of perovskite materials and 38 quantum dot structures, the model delivers a defect detection accuracy of 98.7%, applicable to six sectors including flexible PV modules and display panels. It boosts inspection efficiency by over 12 times while cutting testing costs by 40%. Compatible with mainstream PV testing equipment, the system provides full-dimensional data analysis for aerospace-grade perovskite samples, supporting on-orbit performance verification and mass-production process optimization.

Backed by Hongshan District’s industrial policies and university resources, AiJiang established joint R&D centers with Wuhan Textile University and Wuhan Advanced Technology Research Institute. Via the government’s “Reveal the List & Take on the Mission” research initiative, we co-developed China’s first large-format perovskite inspection equipment, filling domestic technical gaps and achieving full commercialization.

This authoritative media coverage recognizes AiJiang’s breakthrough in localized AI inspection technology. Moving forward, we will keep innovating independent controllable testing technology to advance domestic photovoltaic industrial chains for both aerospace and terrestrial scenarios, fueling high-end development of Wuhan’s PV testing industrial cluster.
