PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The TAB-401 QE Quantum Efficiency Tester is capable of measuring the quantum efficiency (photoelectric conversion efficiency/spectral response characteristics) of various photovoltaic materials such as solar cells. It is a complete turnkey testing solution that enables automated measurements, complying with major international photovoltaic testing standards including ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and IEC standards. Suitable for both standard laboratory research and quality control measurements in industrial production.
Testable Cell Types: Includes various solar cells and detectors, such as silicon-based solar cells, thin-film solar cells, dye-sensitized solar cells, new perovskite solar cells, multi-junction solar cells, etc.
PRODUCT FEATURES
● Test Light Source: Irradiates from top to bottom for convenient sample placement and measurement.
● Light Emission Direction: Also configurable for horizontal irradiation to accommodate various cell types.
● Effective Measurement Module Size: Adjustable.
● Compatible with Nanowire Solar Cells: Capable of testing nanowire solar cells.
● Measurement Area Range: 0.01mm² ~ 200×200mm² (or larger area optional).
● Expandable Function: Can be expanded to measure photovoltaic modules with power not less than 200W.
● Typical Measurement Spot Size: 1×1mm (minimum up to less than 0.01mm²).
● Loading Method: Offline manual loading.
