Product Introduction


The AM0 dual-lamp solar simulator achieves 1 Sun output under AAA-class performance through a short-arc xenon lamp, a halogen lamp, and a uniquely designed filter set. The solar simulator is equipped with a safety interlock device and an electronic shutter to control the brightness of the test environment. The equipment mainly consists of a solar simulator, AM0 filters, and standard cells, and can realize vertical or horizontal light path irradiation. It is used as an irradiation light source for special scientific research environments and is widely applied in scientific research fields such as testing small-area solar cells or optoelectronic devices.

Testable Cell Types: Gallium arsenide and other aerospace-specific cells.

●  Power controller integrated with shutter, reflector, integrator, collimated light path, and vertical light beam emission.

●  Black non-reflective light outlet housing with external screws, effectively reducing stray light.

●  Can be expanded into a fiber optic solar simulator to cooperate with glove boxes for IV testing in vacuum environments.

●  Light chamber overheating protection function: Equipped with a light chamber overheating protection module, dual air cooling effectively ensures operational safety, and supports automatic cooling of the fan after shutdown.

●  Standard AM1.5G air mass filter, which is easy to plug and unplug. It can be easily replaced with AM0, AM1, AM2 and other air mass filters to study space (e.g., satellite-used) solar cells or serve as a tunable solar simulator for multi-junction solar cell testing.
