The high-efficiency solar module IV tester is a dedicated device for testing the electrical performance of BIPV modules. Its test area reaches 2400mm*3600mm, meeting the IEC60904-9 2020 standard: the three core performance indicators of unevenness, spectral matching degree and light intensity stability are all superior to the industry standards. The spectral range meets the requirements of 300-1200nm, which is suitable for spectral testing of various types of batteries. The solar cell module adopts four-wire connection and a high-speed data acquisition system, ensuring the accuracy of the current measurement of the solar cell. Infrared non-contact temperature measurement accurately measures the temperature of components, ensuring the accuracy of temperature correction. The equipment can be equipped with automatic guide rails for assembly lines to meet the wiring requirements of various production lines.
Test object: It is applicable to the testing of electrical performance parameters of crystalline silicon solar cell modules (such as PERC, N-type, TOPcon and HJT, etc.) and thin-film cell modules, as well as the recording and export of results.
