This system is a comprehensive performance verification platform designed for battery modules and complete battery packs (PACKs). Integrating high-power charge-discharge testing, environmental simulation, data acquisition, and BMS (Battery Management System) communication monitoring into one, it can accurately simulate real vehicle operating conditions (such as acceleration, braking, and climbing). It conducts all-round evaluations of the battery system's output capacity, thermal management performance, durability, and safety.
Emphasizing engineering practicality, the system can flexibly adapt to battery packs with different voltage platforms (from 48V low voltage to 800V high voltage) and physical dimensions. It supports interactions with BMS via multiple communication protocols such as CAN/FD and Ethernet, serving as a key testing bridge connecting cell manufacturing and vehicle applications.

● High-Power Bidirectional Energy Flow: Adopts a bidirectional AC/DC or DC/DC topology, which can not only act as a load to consume battery energy but also as a power source to charge the battery, seamlessly simulating vehicle driving and energy recovery scenarios. The single-unit power ranges from 50kW to 500kW, and multiple units can be paralleled for expansion.
● Vehicle Operating Condition Simulation & Integrated Environmental Chamber: Built-in standard driving cycles (e.g., NEDC, WLTC, CLTC) and custom condition import functions. An optional walk-in high-low temperature and humidity test chamber or liquid-cooled temperature control system can be configured to achieve linked control of temperature, humidity, and electrical testing, verifying the battery system's performance under extreme environments.
● Comprehensive Synchronous Data Acquisition & BMS Function Verification: Synchronously collects signals from hundreds of channels such as total voltage, total current, all cell voltages and temperatures, and insulation resistance. It aligns time stamps with BMS CAN messages to verify the accuracy of BMS measurements and core functions including state estimation (SOC/SOH), fault diagnosis, and thermal management.
