The TAJ-106 PV Module Damp Heat Test Chamber is a professional environmental testing equipment launched by Wuhan Aijiang Technology. Compliant with multiple standards including GB/T 2423, IEC 61215, and UL1703, it is suitable for damp heat environmental adaptability tests such as high/low temperature constant temperature and high-low temperature cycling of products and components in fields like electrical and electronic, automotive, and solar energy. It can accurately simulate complex temperature and humidity environments to detect the reliability of products during storage, transportation, and use under extreme conditions. It is prohibited for testing and storage of dangerous or special samples such as flammable, corrosive, and biological samples.
Product Features
● Precise Temperature and Humidity Control: Temperature range of 20℃~120℃ and humidity range of 20% RH~98% RH. Equipped with Class A Pt100 sensors, the temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.1℃. The temperature and humidity fluctuation, uniformity, and deviation all meet high-standard requirements.
● Reliable Refrigeration System: Adopts German Bitzer or Bock semi-hermetic compressors, matched with internationally renowned brand refrigeration accessories. Cooled by water cooling, it features fast cooling rate and low energy consumption, with multiple compressor protection functions.
● Durable Chamber Structure: The inner chamber is made of 1.2mm SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer chamber is 1.5mm painted color steel plate. The composite insulation layer is 100mm thick, offering excellent sealing and thermal insulation performance, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 1000kg/m².
● Intelligent and User-Friendly Operation: Equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen controller, supporting 120 programs and 1200 segments. With 4G SD card storage, it can realize functions such as Chinese-English operation, fault self-diagnosis, power-off protection, and remote monitoring.
● Comprehensive Safety Protection: Features multiple protections including leakage protection, grounding protection, phase sequence protection, over-temperature protection, and compressor overload/overpressure protection. Automatically shuts down and gives an audible and visual alarm in case of faults, ensuring the safety of equipment and operators.
● Professional Air Supply Design: Adopts a built-in deflector fan volute air duct, matched with multiple stainless steel long-shaft motors and centrifugal fans, ensuring uniform temperature field inside the chamber to meet strict test requirements.
