PRODUCT FEATURES
● Enables one-time, rapid PL (Photoluminescence) and EL (Electroluminescence) testing of perovskite solar cells at various process stages.
● Compatible with multiple non-standard types of perovskite solar cell samples.
● Supports multi-formula parameter settings; switch between corresponding formulas with one click for PL&EL testing of different product types.
● Allows switching of excitation light sources for PL testing, and supports dual-excitation light testing simultaneously.
● Configurable PL testing modes for perovskite solar cells, such as open-circuit state, short-circuit state, forward excitation state, and reverse excitation state.
● Capable of simultaneous comparison of PL and EL images of selected areas with real-time display, facilitating the differentiation of defects between the two testing methods.
