The Solar Cell PL Tester DP100 utilizes a specific laser, which generates a square laser spot of 230mm×230mm through an optical system. This PL tester is suitable for monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon wafers as well as solar cells. It can be used as a standalone device or integrated into production lines for online inspection. Detectable defects include black core, black edge, black clumps, microcracks, cracks, fragments, low-efficiency cells, black lines, missing corners, edge chipping, etc. The system adopts deep learning and artificial intelligence algorithms to realize automatic identification of various defects in monocrystalline and polycrystalline materials.
