The TAF-101 Solar Climate Simulation Test Chamber is specifically designed for environmental reliability testing of products such as photothermal modules. It can accurately simulate complex climatic conditions including solar radiation, temperature, and humidity, complying with multiple international and national standards. Suitable for various tests of flat-plate solar collectors, photovoltaic (PV) modules, and other products—such as stability, thermal cycling, damp freezing, damp heat, and hot spot durability tests—it provides a scientific and reliable test environment for product performance verification.
Product Features
● High Spectrum Matching: The light source covers a spectral range of 280nm～3000nm, meeting Class B requirements of standards such as IEC60904-9 and DIN75220. The irradiance intensity is adjustable from 200w/m² to 1200w/m² with Class A stability.
● Precise Temperature and Humidity Control: Temperature range is -40℃～+85℃ without illumination, and the sample surface temperature control range is -25℃～+40℃ with illumination. Humidity adjustment range is 10% Rh～90% Rh (without illumination) and 20% Rh～85% Rh (with illumination), featuring small fluctuation.
● Reliable Structural Design: The inner chamber adopts a fully welded SUS304 stainless steel structure, and the outer chamber is made of Q235 cold-rolled steel plate with plastic spraying. Equipped with a 100mm insulation layer of polyurethane foam + rock wool board, it has excellent sealing performance.
● Intelligent Control: Equipped with a 7-inch true-color intelligent touch screen, supporting program and fixed-value setting. It can store up to 100 programs (100 segments each), with power-off resumption protection. Supports multi-language display and various communication interfaces.
● Comprehensive Safety Protection: Features multiple alarm and protection mechanisms including light failure protection, over-temperature protection, door-open shutdown, leakage protection, and compressor protection, ensuring test safety.
● Easy Maintenance: Lamps can be replaced independently, and the equipment reserves sufficient maintenance space. The after-sales service includes 1-year warranty and lifelong maintenance.
