The ZJY300 series four-in-one safety compliance analyzer integrates multiple functions including AC withstand voltage testing, DC withstand voltage testing, insulation resistance testing, ground continuity resistance testing, arc detection, and open-circuit detection. Equipped with a large touch screen, it is easy to learn and use, featuring high precision, efficiency, reliability, and stability, as well as rich interfaces.
Test Objects: Suitable for testing, result recording, and export of electrical performance parameters of crystalline silicon solar cell modules (PERC, N-type, IBC, HIT, etc.), supporting MBB, half-cut, shingled modules, and thin-film battery modules.

● Built-in parallel testing function for grounding and withstand voltage, improving testing speed.
● Built-in rapid-rise + slow-rise testing function compliant with IEC60601/GB9706.1 standards.
● Withstand voltage output capacity: 200VA, 500VA; Ground continuity resistance output current: 40A, 64A.
● Insulation resistance range: 200GΩ, expandable to 1000GΩ.
● Built-in 100 test groups, each supporting 50 steps.
● Open/short circuit detection function: Supports two modes—OSC AC output detection and DC charging lower limit detection.
● Arc detection function: Built-in waveform recognition-based arc detection (unique globally), with excellent anti-interference performance and high accuracy.
● User permission setting: Built-in password function to distinguish users of different levels.
● External interfaces: Standard LAN, RS232, USB interfaces; Optional GPIB, RS485 interfaces.
● Electric shock protection function: Built-in leakage protection with μS-level response speed.
● Support for card expansion: HEX305 has multiple built-in channel options for convenient multi-channel scanning testing.
● Rapid testing: Inter-step delay <50mS.
