The TAF-102 Super UV Aging Test Chamber is a professional testing equipment compliant with the IEC61215-2-2021 MQT10 standard. It is mainly used for UV preconditioning tests of products such as solar modules. By simulating UV radiation environments, it screens materials and adhesives susceptible to UV degradation in advance, providing preconditioning support for subsequent tests like thermal cycling and damp heat freezing. It is suitable for reliability testing scenarios of related products.

● Comprehensive Spectrum Coverage: Provides dual-band radiation of UVA (320nm~400nm) and UVB (280nm~320nm), with UVB proportion adjustable between 3%-10% to meet different test requirements.
● Stable Irradiation Intensity: Adopts 2000W high-performance metal halide lamps combined with EPS power supply modules, which can compensate for lamp attenuation and ensure stable irradiance intensity and uniformity (±15% or better).
● Precise Temperature Control: The temperature range of the sample's illuminated surface is 55℃~65℃ with a uniformity of ±2℃. A forced ventilation circulation system ensures consistent temperature distribution.
● Accurate Irradiation Monitoring: Equipped with professional UVA/UVB irradiation sensors with an error of less than ±5%, supporting cumulative and closed-loop control, and automatic shutdown based on time or irradiation dose.
● Comprehensive Safety Protection: Features multiple alarm and protection functions such as light failure protection, over-temperature protection, leakage protection, and compressor protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
● User-Friendly Operation: Equipped with a 7/10-inch true-color intelligent touch screen, supporting 100 programs (each with 100 segments), multi-language display, and various communication interfaces.
● Durable Chamber Structure: The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel, the outer chamber is Q235 cold-rolled steel plate with plastic spraying, and the insulation layer is 100mm thick, offering excellent sealing and corrosion resistance.
